Stallion Service Auction Announcement

Canadian Hanoverian Society & Rhineland Studbook

Dear valued breeders of the Hanoverian and Rhineland horse,

We have exciting news to share! Plans are now underway to confirm the stallions participating in this year’s Stallion Service Auction. These boys have been carefully selected, allowing us to offer you stallions who are not just successful in the breeding shed, but also in the competition ring. Moreover, most are noteworthy for the wonderful amateur-friendly disposition they may pass on to their offspring.

We are sure this year’s choices will not disappoint! On offer, you will find various Hanoverian jumper stallions, some of whom have competed up to 1.60 m, and are enrolled in the prestigious Hanoverian Jumper Development Program. Also, you will find dressage sires currently in training or have competed up to the Grand Prix level. For the breeder savvy individual, we offer interesting dam lines and proven successful sires for the North American market.

Bidding starts February 5, 2021 at 8:00 am, closing February 14, 2021 at 11:59 pm.

In the next few days we will initiate our online media blast, where we will share information about these stallions on the Canadian Hanoverian Society’s Facebook page. With a focus on highlighting what each stallion brings to the breeding table, we will share pedigree, notable breeding and competition results, along with a brief statement of what lines the stallion crosses well with. We will also include conformation photos, competition photos and videos. If possible, we will include photos of offspring produced by this sire.

Some of the fabulous stallions we will be offering this year include; Dannebrog, Vilancio, Contucci, Diesel CF, Dauphin, Rapture R, Fabregas, Sir Wanabi, Cabardino, Beau Balou, Apiro, Toronto, Sarkozy, Quidam Blue, Spot Cash PJ, and Chicardo.

The Annual Stallion Service Auction has proven to be a wonderful fund-raising opportunity, acting as a lifeline for the various programs and awards we offer to support our membership and promotion of the Hanoverian Horse. We hope you will participate. Your generous support in this important event, is important to us, and is very much appreciated.
