Details of our AGM – March 3&4, 2018 in Laval (Qc)!

Dear Club members,

The details for our Annual General Meeting are now confirmed!  We are pleased to have our first AGM in the province of Quebec (Laval-Montreal) and are hoping to have many of our more eastern members join us for their first time. Also, we warmly welcome members from all other areas of our breeding region.

We will gather for dinner on Saturday, March 3rd at LeBalthazar restaurant located at 195, promenade du Centropolis, Laval, Quebec H7T 0B3 at 6pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet your fellow breeders and have a chance to talk in a cozy setting. Please confirm the number of people attending with Inga at ingahamilton@wightman.ca so we can let the restaurant know how many guests to expect. https://www.lebalthazar.com/fr

The meeting will be held at the Hilton in Laval http://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/quebec/hilton-montreal-laval-YULHLHF/index.html, on Sunday, March 4th, at 10am. Coffee, tea and breakfast snacks will be provided. Guest rooms can be booked at a special rate of $159, instead of $219. Please reserve sooner rather than later, and mention the Hanoverian Breeders Club of Eastern Canada to obtain the special rate.

After the business portion of the meeting, Dr. Fany Pairault and/or Dr. Suzanne Laurence from TranBio will give a presentation on the latest in the repro field. Questions and topics of interest are welcomed before hand. Please send your ideas to Inga  ingahamilton@wightman.ca.

The meeting and presentation should end by 2pm. Afterwards, members are encouraged to gather for lunch in the hotel restaurant.

Samuel Jeanson and his partner Marie have been a huge help in organizing the logistics of this meeting and have offered to help shuttle people (within reason in regards to numbers) from the Montreal airport. Please contact Samuel at 450 750 6298 or sjeanson@srbourgeois.com

Please join us, your input as members is always welcome!

With greetings from your Hanoverian Breeders Club of Eastern Canada Board
